2015 Corporate Half Marathon Relay Training Program

The Elite Performance and Rehabilitation Center and The LAB, in partnership with the Santa Barbara Veterans Day Half Marathon, are providing FREE training opportunities to all Santa Barbara County Corporate Half Marathon Relay participants. The Corporate Relay is presented by Goleta-based software company Appfolio.

This program is designed for participants tackling the Half Marathon Relay legs of 2 to 5 miles and no prior running experience is necessary. The twice a week, 15 week program is structured to prepare you for the Half Marathon Relay, stay injury free and have fun with fellow runners. Whether you're looking to simply complete a Half Marathon Relay leg or out run your co-worker, the training program will get you to where you want to be.

There are no stopwatches or pressure of any kind, just positive support and fun group training sessions.

  • Mondays @ 6:00am - Santa Barbara Running Co., 129 N Fairview Ave (Fairview Shopping Center next to OSH)
  • Thursdays @ 6:00am - The LAB, 121 Gray Ave, Suite 100 (Funk Zone, directly behind SB Running Co. & Hazard's Cyclesport)
  • First training run is Monday, July 27 @ 6:00am
